Solid Copper Electroformed Crystal Point on Cord with Amazonite Stones and Glass Beads

This extra long beaded boho style necklace is simply stunning in an earthy color scheme of turquoise, sea green, brown, and cream. I handmade it using the most beautiful donut shape matte Amazonite beads and tear drop glass beads with specks of gold. The necklace will easily dress up a plain dress, tee shirt or maxi dress. There is no closure, the 38” long knotted waxed Irish linen cord easily slips over your head. The handmade pendant is a large and thick raw crystal quartz stone electroformed in solid copper. Electroforming creates vastly unique and organic jewelry which can never be predicted or duplicated. This specific piece took 48 hours to slowly form the copper around the crystal by constantly adjusting electrical currents passed through an electrolyte bath. Once I was satisfied with the heavily textured formed piece, the pendant was sanded, tumbled, and polished.
