Black Vintage Glass Chandelier Drop with Agate Beads Statement Necklace

Years ago - I stumbled across a box of dusty glass chandelier drops in an antique shop.


I soldered this LARGE (2.75") AND HEAVY (2.5 oz) clear drop with lead-free pewter.

A row of 7 rhinestones were soldered to the front of the smooth glass drop.

A dark black patina was added to give the glass drop a rustic finish.

The chandelier drop hangs on a 34" long gray wax Irish linen cord (when worn the cord drops 17" down).

Round 6mm faceted agate beads are separated by a single knot. The beads are in mixed dark shades of red, brown, purple and green.

Dark turkey red brown leather cord was wrapped around the bail and tied off.

IMPORTANT: When heated pewter does not flow smoothly. So, please expect your piece to have organic pit and texture marks. This definitely gives your one of a kind piece character.
