Texas State Wax Seal Copper Charm Necklace

These rustic charms are hand-cast in my studio in pure copper and fired around 1400 degrees Fahrenheit. I oxidize (darken) them to bring out the highlights and tumble them for a few hours to ensure they are nice and smooth. A layer of wax brings them to a high shine.

The size and shape of the charms will vary. But, they measure approximately 1".

Wax will be added to slow down the natural process of the copper darkening over time.

The charm is suspended on a delicate 17.5" rose gold plated brass chain.
