Purple Amethyst Crystal Cluster Pendant Necklace

This is beautiful one of a kind raw faded purple amethyst crystal cluster is interesting and beautiful. The stone is naturally rustic and unique. The process I used to create the piece is called electroforming. Electroforming creates vastly unique and organic jewelry which can never be predicted or duplicated. This specific piece took 48 hours to slowly encase the crystal in raw copper by constantly adjusting electrical currents passed through an electrolyte bath. Once I was satisfied with the heavily textured formed piece, the pendant was sanded, tumbled, darkened, and polished. The pendant hangs on a 24" long gunmetal chain (with copper accents) that securely fastens with a lobster clasp.

The cluster measures approximately 1.45" wide x .97" long. The total length from the top of the ring to the bottom of the point is approximately 1.7".
