Agate and Labradorite Short Copper Necklace

This one of a kind natural moonstone pendant necklace is sure to become one of your favorite jewelry pieces for years to come. I hand-selected the stone and carefully hand-formed the bezel cradle setting to emphasize the natural shape of the stone. The process I used to create the piece is called electroforming. Electroforming creates vastly unique and organic jewelry which can never be predicted or duplicated. This specific piece took 48 hours to slowly encase the moonstone in raw copper by constantly adjusting electrical currents passed through an electrolyte bath. Once I was satisfied with the heavily textured formed piece, the pendant was sanded, tumbled, polished, and slightly darkened with a patina wash. Round and faceted agate stones in tones of pink, gray, and white accent the piece. Handmade in the USA. Arrives beautifully packaged, ready for gift giving.
